Can I recover my Xbox Live files?

I downloaded Mass Effect and all the expansions, and some other stuff I can't remember. I haven't had a 360 in almost a year, and I'm about to get a new one. I remember my gamertag and used password, so that's not a problem. So yeah can I get back the stuff I payed for or do I have to buy them again?
