Is Green Mountain In Vancouver Wa. Available To The Public?

I live in Vancouver wa. I constantly see Green Mountain. It seems so out of place, I want to investigate. Seaching online isn't netting me much information besides its a lava vent, part of the boring lava feilds. Which strikes my interest even more knowing there may be some volcanic formations up there.
